Thank you for choosing Sleek By Slusher Mobile Detailing. Our goal is to provide a professional, reliable, and high-quality detailing experience for every client. By scheduling a service, you agree to the following policies and terms: Booking Policy Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. A deposit may be required for certain services, large vehicles, ceramic coatings, or premium packages. Appointment times are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle condition and service complexity. Payment Policy Payment is due immediately after the service is completed unless the client chooses to pay online through the website prior to the appointment. Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, and digital payment methods. Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment time. If an appointment is canceled within the 24-hour cancellation period, Sleek By Slusher Mobile Detailing reserves the right to charge the card on file a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in: Loss of deposit Cancellation fees Refusal of future bookings We understand emergencies happen and will do our best to work with clients fairly and professionally. Vehicle Services & Add-Ons Not all services are included in every detailing package. Depending on the condition and needs of the vehicle, our team may recommend additional add-on services to achieve the best possible results. Any recommended add-ons or additional services will always be discussed and approved by the client before work is performed. Examples of add-on services may include: Pet hair removal Stain extraction Deep cleaning services Odor treatment Paint decontamination Excessive debris removal Mobile Service Requirements Clients must provide: Safe and legal access to the vehicle Adequate space for us to work around the vehicle Vehicle keys if necessary for service completion For select services, access to water and electricity may be requested if needed. Weather Policy As a mobile detailing service, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions including: Lightning Hail If weather impacts your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
